Eastern Great Lakes Area Contingency Plan: Covers portions of northeast Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York along eastern Lake Erie, the Niagara River, Lake Ontario and portions of the St. Lawrence River. Cincinnati Environmental Response Operations Plan (CERO): Covers portions of southern Indiana, southern Ohio and northern Kentucky along the Ohio River.
