REGION FIVE

EPA Region 5 Regional Contingency Plan/Area Contingency Plan The purpose of this combined plan is to fulfill requirements of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP), sections of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and relevant portions of the National Response Plan (NRP)."

Northern Michigan Area Contingency Plan The purpose of this combined plan is to fulfill requirements of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP), sections of the Clean Water Act (CWA) as well as relevant portions of the Federal Response Plan (FRP).

Western Lake Erie Area Contingency Plan Includes the coastal and inland areas of Western Lake Erie.

Minneapolis/St. Paul Sub-Area Contingency Plan Includes seven Minnesota counties surrounding the Minneapolis/St. Paul area along the Mississippi River.
